Gone are the days of sit-ups. Pilates uses exercises to train the deep core muscles to enhance spinal stability and to attain correct body posture. The exercises are individually tailored to you and can also be carried out at home.
Initial assessment is essential and your physiotherapist will discuss 1 x 1 or class options at your assessment.
- Tuesday 5.30-6.30pm
- Wednesday 7-8am and 2.20-3.20pm
