Arthritis Aqua Aerobics
Do you suffer from joint and muscle soreness? Do you want to keep your strength and mobility but find land based exercises too painful or hard?
Exercising in water helps to reduce joint pain by increasing mobility and strengthening muscles. Our hydrotherapy pool is kept between 32 and 34 degrees Celsius, which helps to soothe aching joints and muscles.
All Classes are conducted by physiotherapists and are tailored to suit all conditions and fitness levels. The classes run for an hour and are social and fun - some of our clients have been coming to these classes for the past 10 years!
