Antenatal Stretch and Strengthen

With the changes that happen to your pregnant body on a daily basis, it's easy to feel tight, weak and generally sore and tired. This stretch and strengthen class is a fabulous way to help maintain or improve your strength, posture and mobility during pregnancy. Our antenatal classes are customized to the individuals attending the class and are run by a qualified Physiotherapist. The class numbers are kept small to ensure close attention and supervision and include a combination of mat and equipment/reformer use.

Antenatal Pilates Class times:

Monday’s 5.15pm - 6.00pm
Wednesday's 5.30pm - 6.15pm
