With the changes that happen to your pregnant body on a daily basis, it's easy to feel tight, weak and generally sore and tired. Pilates is a fabulous way to help maintain or improve your strength, posture and mobility during pregnancy. Our antenatal pilates classes are customised to the individuals attending the class and are run by a qualified Physiotherapist. The class numbers are kept small to ensure close attention and supervision and include a combination of mat and equipment/reformer use.

Wednesday's 5.30pm - 6.15pm
